ClosetAI is built to keep your closet private. This policy explains what the app does with your information.

Your closet stays on your device

Photos you add, the clothing details the app fills in, your outfits, your calendar entries and your outfit photos are stored only on your device. ClosetAI analyzes photos on your device using Apple's built-in technology. Your photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and there's no ClosetAI account.

Photos

When you add clothes, you choose which photos to share with the app using Apple's photo picker. ClosetAI can only see the photos you pick. It never changes or deletes anything in your Photos library.

Location and weather

If you allow it, ClosetAI uses your approximate location to get the weather forecast from Apple Weather (WeatherKit), so it can suggest outfits for the weather. Your location is sent to Apple only to get the forecast. ClosetAI doesn't store it or send it anywhere else. You can turn location off at any time in the Settings app; outfit picks then use the season instead.

Feedback

If you tap Feedback, your mail app opens a message to feedback@theclosetai.com. The message includes the app version, your device model and iOS version to help us fix problems. Nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself. We use feedback only to improve ClosetAI.

No tracking, no ads

ClosetAI doesn't track you, show ads, use analytics, or share data with third parties.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete All Data removes your clothes, outfits, calendar entries and photos from the app. Deleting the app also removes everything it stored.

Children

ClosetAI doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
